This is a fixture that I’ve always looked at and thought “I’d like to go there”, so we did, and what a glorious day! It was well organised, there were plenty of runners and I had lots of AGA colleagues with me. Anyway, that’s more than enough words, let’s have a look at some photos!

Some of my AGA colleagues, L-R: Mark Fitzpatrick (AGA Rangemaster Head Office), Jo Pennington (AGA shop Vale Farm), Alan Hatt (AGA shop Northampton)

Rolls Royce – Pointing in style!

This one was in Been Pointing (Go Pointing) and has also just made it onto the AGA Pointing Facebook page, I like it!

It was nice have a flying visit from Jackie Oliver, we miss you!

Yes, Mrs S was giving instructions to Thomas! “Get him settled and sit out the back for the first circuit”… Not sure that Mr Ellis was taking her too seriously!

It was good to catch up with Tinks and share a glass of homemade raspberry gin (courtesy of Mrs S), nice to see the Cotton sisters and Sara as well!

Another impressive win for Start Royal and Gina Andrews in the Ladies Open, Big Al loves this horse!

Tom McClorey (Thetalkinghorse) has just won his first AGA sponsored race, it was also the first time we had sponsored a Confined race

Simon Hart and Martyn Leafe enjoy cheeky glass of bubbly to celebrate a well-earned win for Kazuri Kate

Jenny Pidgeon – a former champion lady rider – has been (and still is) very supportive since I took on the job of looking after the AGA sponsorship, although I have a feeling that I may be in for a telling off if she spots this photo!
The end
PS – hope you enjoyed the photos!
