New AGA hats are set to travel the world!

New look AGA van, AGA hats and AGA Iconic branding make racecourse debut at Cottenham following visit to Jackie Oliver. Great photos as ever, but Jackie also suggests an idea for a new competition!

The early reaction to all of our new ‘stuff’ has been very positive but the reception for our new range of AGA bobble hats and beanies suggests that they are going to be a very popular fashion accessory during the winter months. In fact, that may well continue into spring if 2013 is anything to go by as we were still shivering at Paxford and Lydstep last April!

We tested the water in Northamptonshire at chez Oliver to get a feel for how the branding would look, and we also tried a few of the hats. That’s when Jackie came up with her idea for a fun new competition!

We love the aqua, in fact we love it so much that we have just ordered our own brand new AGA Total Control in that very colour, as you can imagine, Mrs S is delighted!

Anyway, I mentioned a competition and everyone loves a good competition, don’t they? To enter all you need to do is leave the UK sometime during the next 11 months, and you’ll also need to pack your AGA hat!

Once you’ve reached your destination you will need to take a photo which includes your AGA hat! You can wear it, get someone else to wear it, or use your imagination like Mrs Oliver (who is currently in Majorca).

Once you have your pic you can post it on the AGA point-to-point facebook page, send it to me via text or email, or tweet it. There are all sorts of possibilities and I’m looking forward to seeing the entries come flooding in!

We’ll choose a winner by putting all of the names into a hat (an AGA hat of course), and the prize will be a selection of AGA Point-to-Point goodies, which will include one of our new soft-shell jackets, and an AGA fleece cooler rug! There will also be a prize for the runner-up and 3rd place.
