A proper warm Yorkshire welcome, great racing and a visit to the ‘golden arches’ on the way home!
A lovely afternoon at Larkhill – great racing, loads of horses, and I wasn’t cold!
No jacket required at Chaddesley as some class racing blows away the post Christmas cobwebs!
An early start, a visit from the bloke in the red suit with the white beard and we were home while it was still light!
Yard visits – photographs, videos, blogging and biscuits!
Loads of pics – and not too many words – from a top point-to-point awards night at the Belfry last weekend!
It took some doing but we’re finally home and hosed and our ‘classy and humorous’ naked calendar went on sale last weekend at the 50th National Point-to-Point Awards Dinner (at the Belfry).
If you’ve read any of my blog posts during the last 6 months then two things will be clear, 1) I enjoyed my time at G&T Racing, 2) I didn’t really like listening to Radio 1 every morning. Three months have passed since I last sat down to write a story so a few gaps need to be filled in, and, as you will see, it’s not just the music that has changed as I’ve been clocking up the miles.
