Last Friday my wife made one of her famous AGA baked gin and tonic cakes for a friend’s birthday. I’m normally chief taster for all baked goods in our house but this one was off limits (although I was permitted to take some pics).

Opihr gin and Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic feature in the cake (and in the pics), and you can definitely taste the gin! As you can see, the cake looked superb, and the recipient has assured us that it tasted just as good as it looked!
